Based on my own experience, I would like to give the audience practical tips and show the practices I have implemented in my teams to make everyone more comfortable working regardless of their role and work mode.
My presentation will focus on the following aspects:
- Minimizing areas of uncertainty - what does research say and what does practice say?
- Context changes in daily work - 3 effective methods of time management.
- Engaging the team in collaboration by using liberating structures and tailoring the daily or retrospective to the team's needs.
- Bonus: what to do to prevent AI from replacing you as a leader/scrum master.
A graduate of mechatronics at Lublin University of Technology. After spending several years in the robotics industry, she is exploring the IT sector in various roles: Project Manager, Product Owner. She is currently a Scrum Master for two development teams. She is a postgraduate student at ALK Business.AI Artificial Intelligence Project Management.
In her free time, she is passionate about gardening and adventure books.
